Best new restaurant in Sequim!

Dockside Grill, located at John Wayne Marina in Sequim, WA, is one of the best restaurants around. They're open Weds thru Sunday for lunch and dinner, and have great views of the marina.

It's a small restaurant, so don't be surprised if you have to wait for up to an hour to get a table, especially on Friday or Saturday night. A better idea is to make reservations a day or two ahead by calling 360-683-7510.

The wine list is good, and they have a limited full bar, so you can have a martini with your appetizers.

Real Estate in Sequim, 2008 YTD Statistics

Here's an update for sales in Sequim so far this year:

Looks like the Average Sales Price on stick-built homes in OLS Area 300 have come down a little, approximately 5% for sales in 2008 YTD vs all of 2007.

I'll post more details next week after month end. Great news for buyers, not so great for sellers, but not so bad either!
